the story!
This is a story about a young man, born in 1985, driven by the passion to cook.
As a teenager, Tom Loo worked as a waiter at the famous Long Beach Seafood Restuarant for several years.
Throughout the years working there, he was inspired and determined to be a chef,
but was unfortunately not given an opportunity.
However, he never gave up his dream as a chef.
After his National Service, he was in search of a career.
Fortunately a golden opportunity came, he chanced on his friend's parents who are in the food business.
The kind couple introduced Cityzoom Minced Fish Noodles to him
and are willing to pass down the secret traits and receipes.
As Tom loves cooking since young and is passionate to be a chef,
he grabbed the chance to master the skills of cooking Minced Fish Noodles.
After perfecting his culinary skills, Tom used his savings and was determined to start a food business.
He searched the newspaper and with the help of his uncle,
they discovered a stall rental at a traditional coffeeshop in Lengkok Bahru.
After much hardship and struggle that no one knows,
Cityzoom Minced Fish Noodles was officially started on 1st July 2008.
Tom has not only fulfilled his dream as a chef now,
he also became a young entrepreneur at the age of 23.
With a very simple vision,
Tom only wish to serve good food and hope that his cookings will bring smiles to his customers.
Cityzoom now blossomed, because of this young guy, who only wants to cook.

Selection of ingredients has been carefully chosen to provide a better nutritional value for consumers.
Research shows that fish has good quality protein and vitamins and minerals.
It is also low in saturated fat and calories.
Eating fish once or twice a week in place of beef and pork
can lower your intake of total and saturated fats.
